What is Meditation?

Many people moving through a spiritual journey are drawn to or are encouraged to meditate. It is through meditation that you are able to find clarity, awareness and/or become receptive to energy.


Here is what we think about meditation:


"Meditation is a technique that places a person in a state of calmness. Anything can be meditation from sitting still to watering plants or even taking walks outside in nature. Meditation can connect you with your higher self and Spirit to gain a higher perspective as well."
